The Club was established in 1975 off the back of Cyclone Tracy between a group of like minded people who invested their disaster zone payouts into a Suzuki 4WD's got together to enjoy exploring the Northern Territory. The Darwin Suzuki 4WD Club was born. 
In the 90's the club went through a name change to include all 4WDs to the name we have today. Many people have been involved with the club, sharing in experiences.
